Terms of Service
The terms on which Crivox Web Solutions provides design, development, hosting and domain services.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to services provided by Crivox Web Solutions of Rajkot, Gujarat, India. They apply alongside any written quotation or proposal we issue. Where a quotation and these terms conflict, the quotation takes precedence for that engagement.
2. Quotations and scope
Prices shown on this website are starting prices for the scope described. They are not an offer, and the final price for your project is the one stated in the written quotation we issue after discussing your requirements.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide, in a timely manner:
- Content, images and information needed to complete the work.
- Access to any existing hosting, domain or third-party accounts we need.
- Feedback and approvals at the review points we agree.
You confirm that any content you supply is yours to use, and does not infringe anyone's rights. Delays in supplying content or approvals move the delivery date accordingly.
4. Payment
Unless the quotation says otherwise, project work is invoiced with a deposit before work begins and the balance on completion, prior to the site going live. Hosting and domains are invoiced annually in advance.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. We may suspend work or services on accounts that remain unpaid after we have given notice.
5. Delivery and revisions
Timelines given in a quotation are estimates made in good faith and assume timely feedback and content from you. The number of revision rounds included is stated in the quotation; further rounds are chargeable.
6. Hosting
We aim to keep hosted sites available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, by faults, or by events outside our control, including failures at our upstream provider.
Resource allocations, backup frequency and support arrangements are those set out in your plan or quotation. You must not use our hosting to store or transmit unlawful material, to send unsolicited bulk email, or in a way that degrades service for other customers. We may suspend an account that does.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your data. Where backups are included, they are a convenience and not a substitute for your own backups.
7. Domains
Domains are registered with third-party registrars and are subject to the rules of the relevant registry and that registrar. Registration is only complete once the registry confirms it; availability shown or quoted before that point is not a guarantee.
Renewal prices are set by the registry and may differ from the first-year price. You are responsible for ensuring a domain is renewed. We will make reasonable efforts to remind you, but we are not liable for a domain that lapses.
8. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for you passes to you. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and techniques, and of any third-party components, which remain licensed under their own terms.
Unless you ask us not to, we may reference the work and display it in our portfolio.
9. Third-party services
Some work depends on third-party services, licences and subscriptions, such as stock imagery, premium fonts, payment gateways and plugins. Their costs are yours unless the quotation says otherwise, and their availability and terms are outside our control.
10. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or loss of business.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice. Work completed up to that point, and any third-party costs already committed, remain payable. Cancellation of hosting and domains is covered by our refunds and cancellation policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
