Who we are
Crivox Web Solutions ("Crivox", "we", "us") is a web design, development and hosting business based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://www.crivox.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect
We collect personal information in two situations.
When you submit a form
Our contact and domain request forms collect your name, email address, contact number (optional), the subject of your enquiry, your message, and the page you submitted it from. Domain requests also record the domain name and extensions you asked about.
We collect this only because you chose to send it, and we use it only to respond to your enquiry and to provide any service you go on to buy.
When you visit the site
Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and are used for security and troubleshooting.
We also record a short-lived count of form submissions per IP address, in order to limit automated abuse of our forms.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use third-party analytics.
Our fonts are served from our own server rather than a third-party font service, so visiting this site does not disclose your visit to a font provider.
If we introduce analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it is enabled.
How we use your information

- To prepare quotations and deliver services you engage us for.
- To provide support for websites, hosting and domains we manage for you.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry without asking you first.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary to run the service:
- Our hosting and email provider, which stores our website and transmits the email that your form submission generates.
- Domain registrars, where you ask us to register or transfer a domain on your behalf. Registrars require registrant details in order to register a domain.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you return to. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for as long as we need them to support you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
Server access logs are retained on our provider's standard schedule.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted to our mailbox over an authenticated, encrypted connection. Access to enquiry email is restricted to people in the business who need it.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us through our contact form or on WhatsApp and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
